Align development with BI's natural character and climate goals. Make it easier to get around the island without a car with the infrastructure we already have.
Advocate for Park Zoning. This would help streamline and expedite permitting for Island residents.
Promote affordability without burdening residents with higher taxes.
Review City spending to identify cost-saving opportunities, with specific attention to where agencies are duplicating work
Expand housing options for working families, young adults, and seniors.
Work to streamline permit process to assist homeowners and encourage ADU opportunities.

Develop an Island wide bike and trail map, including Park & City trails, easements, waterfront access and more. We are more connected than we know - and its going to take multi-agency coordination to bring this valuable resource to life!
Improve communication and collaboration between City, Parks, Schools, Fire Department, and local nonprofits to reduce redundancy.
Propose quarterly inter-agency planning sessions to align goals and share resources.
Address tourism (pro and con) as a real component of interagency communication, revenue source, management and more.

Increase public participation and engagement.
Continue to ensure policies reflect equity, access, and inclusion for all residents and businesses.
Work in concert with local business owners to maximize their expertise and minimize government overreach.
Strengthen preparedness efforts in partnership with Bainbridge Prepares, Fire Department and Parks.
Launch a series of community listening sessions across the Island.
Coordinate ADA upgrades and improvements Island-wide.
Advocate for residents and business rights.
